摘要

Abstract

Taking the bearing plate of the main cable tower base of Zhang Jinggao Yangtze River Bridge South Navigation Channel Bridge as an example,this article introduces in detail the welding manufacturing technology of ultra thick plates.In response to the difficulties of welding deformation during the assembly and welding process of ultra thick plates,thermal cracking during positioning welding,and residual defects caused by incomplete root cleaning,measures such as technological innovation,optimization of groove form and welding process parameters and sequence are used to study and formulate reasonable processes.The feasibility of the process has been verified through engineering practice,providing reference for the welding of ultra thick steel plates such as main and loose cable saddles,anchoring systems,and bearing plates in the future.
