基于逆向设计的薄膜铌酸锂光子器件研究进展
Research Progress on Inverse-Designed Photonic Devices Using Thin-Film Lithium Niobate
摘要
Abstract
Thin-film lithium niobate(TFLN)has emerged as a crucial platform for novel integrated photonic chips due to its exceptional optical nonlinearity,electro-optic properties,and high refractive index contrast.In recent years,while inverse design has been widely applied to silicon-based photonic integrated circuits,its appli-cation has gradually extended to include the design of thin-film lithium niobate photonic devices.This paper first introduces the fundamental principles of inverse design and subsequently reviews its applications in TFLN pho-tonic devices,including wavelength multiplexers and demultiplexers,couplers,mode converters,on-chip inter-connect devices,power splitters,arrayed waveguide gratings(AWGs),and reflectors.Finally,it discusses the associated technical challenges and offers insights into future research trends.关键词
