Abstract
During building construction,foundation pit excavation is a crucial and complex task that involves the excavation of underground spaces to support the foundation of future buildings or tunnels.However,if the groundwater table is relatively shallow,this shallow groundwater may have a significant negative impact on foundation pit excavation.When the water level is too low,the soil water content in the foundation pit will increase,which will not only increase the difficulty of foundation pit excavation,but may also lead to instability of the underground structure.Therefore,in order to ensure construction safety and project quality,a series of effective measures must be taken,such as using pumping equipment,controlling drainage,and artificial precipitation when necessary,to reduce the groundwater level in the foundation pit and keep the foundation pit dry.关键词
