打顶方式对不同烤烟品种中部叶产质量的影响
Effects of Different Topping Methods on Yield and Quality of Middle Leaves of Different Flue-Cured Tobacco Varieties

Abstract
To enhance the compatibility between southern Sichuan tobacco leaves and Yunchuang cigarette brands,optimize the reasonable population structure of the main varieties and improve the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.In this study,the effects of different topping time(squaring topping,early flowering topping,and full flowering topping)and different topping methods(retaining 16 leaves and retaining 20 leaves)on the growth and development,change in internal chemical composition and economic traits of Yunyan 87,Xiangyan 7,and Zhongchuan 208 were studied by setting two-factor experiments of different topping time and topping methods.The results showed that the middle leave agronomic traits(leaf length,leaf width,and leaf area)and enzyme activities(nitrate reductase,glutamine enzyme,and sucrose synthase)of Yunyan 87,Xiangyan 7,and Zhongchuan 208 were larger under the treatment of squaring topping+16 leaves retained,and gradually decreased with the delay of topping time and the increase of the number of leaves retained,and the values were the smallest under the treatment of full flowering topping+20 leaves retained.In terms of chemical components of flue-cured tobacco,the middle leaves of Yunyan 87 was more coordinated under the early flower topping method,the middle leaves of Xiangyan 7 and Zhongchuan 208 were more coordinated under the squaring topping method.For the economic traits of flue-cured tobacco,the output value,average price,and proportion of superior tobacco of the three varieties all reached a higher level under the treatment of squaring topping treatment,and gradually decreased with the delay of topping time and the increase of the number of leaves retained.In summary,Yunyan 87,Xiangyan 7,and Zhongchuan 208 could promote growth and development of the middle leaves of tobacco,improve the activity of enzymes related to carbon and nitrogen metabolism,economic traits,and coordinate the chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves under the condition of squaring topping and retaining 16 leaves.关键词
