摘要

Abstract

The lithium battery testing standards are an important basis for ensuring the safety of lithium battery products and transportation.The current lithium battery testing standards are mainly based on Section 38.3 of Part 3 of the United Nations Manual of Tests and Criteria,which is an internationally accepted testing standard.However,there are significant differences between this standard and the actual conditions of railway transportation in China.To propose a lithium battery testing standard that meets the conditions of railway transportation in China,this paper identified the safety risks of lithium batteries,reviewed the existing testing standards,and compared the differences in temperature,vibration,and impact testing methods between the existing standards and the actual railway transportation conditions.Optimization suggestions for temperature,vibration,and impact testing methods suitable for railway transportation conditions were proposed,providing technical support for lithium battery railway transportation in China,as well as a reference for formulating lithium battery railway transportation testing standards.
