New Quality Productivity and High-quality Higher Education in China:Realistic Logic and Future Prospects
摘要
Abstract
Higher education in China has roughly undergone four stages:initial establishment,recovery and development,rapid growth,and transformation and take-off.While resonating with the needs of national and social development,it has become a primary driving force in advancing productivity.High-quality higher education,with its distinctive innovative characteristics and value pursuits,has emerged as a core force in promoting the development of new quality productivity.To create a virtuous cycle where new quality productivity guides higher education and higher education empowers new quality productivity,it is necessary to strengthen the leading role of universities in scientific and technological innovation,guide universities to establish interdisciplinary and future-oriented disciplines,leverage organized scientific research in universities as a key approach to promote the synergy of all elements of new quality productivity,and improve institutional mechanisms to foster an innovation culture that nurtures new quality productivity.关键词
