高质量发展视域下高校教学督导模式的转型研究
Transformation of Teaching Supervision Mode in Universities from the Perspective of High-quality Development
摘要
Abstract
Currently,teaching supervision in higher education is generally teacher-centered,focusing on the improvement of teachers'teaching behaviors,which is difficult to adapt to the new quality-oriented requirements of higher education characterized by"student-centeredness,outcome-orientation and continuous improvement".The traditional"teacher-centered"mode suffers from problems such as the disconnection between theory and practice,low supervision efficiency,and outdated evaluation methods,and it can no longer effectively support the goal of high-quality development of higher education.This study aims to explore the construction of a new supervision mode that is"student-centered".By reconstructing supervision tasks,optimizing the structure of the supervision team,establishing student evaluation standards,and strengthening technological empowerment,the study seeks to promote the implementation of the student-centered supervision mode.This mode is intended to facilitate the transformation in student learning from passive reception to active exploration.关键词
