Abstract
The Master Plan on Building China into a Leading Country in Education(2024-2035)is vowing to improve the mechanism for discovering and cultivating top-notch innovative talents.China at present has problems of discovering top-notch innovative talents through contesting,and cultivating innovative talents through utilitarian means.For the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,we must break the two stereotypes of competitive thinking and elite thinking,so as to build a healthy ecology for education,and to provide a"fertile land"for the development of top-notch innovative talents.关键词
