Abstract

Aiming at the energy optimization management problem of photovoltaic-storage-charging-flexible microgrid under uncertain environment,a microgrid optimal scheduling strategy that takes into account the differentiated demand of electric vehicle(EV)owners and load demand response is proposed.Firstly,three EV models,rated power charging,flexible charging and flexible charging and discharging,are established according to the different needs of vehicle owners;then,the curtailment characteristics of the flexible loads in the microgrid are considered to establish the model of incentive-type demand response mechanism;finally,considering the purchase and sale cost,operation and maintenance cost,subsidy,owner's payments and power balance and other relevant constraints of microgrid,a microgrid optimal scheduling model is constructed with the multi-objective function of minimizing the daily operation cost of the microgrid and the payment cost of EV owners.The simulation results show that the participation of EVs and flexible loads as flexible resources in the optimal scheduling can not only meet the charging demands of different vehicle owners,but also reduce the microgrid operation cost by about 50%and effectively alleviate the pressure of peak power consumption.By analyzing the operation of different types of EVs connected to the microgrid according to different quantities,it can be found that the reduction of the daily operation cost of the system and the cost of EV owners is more significant when the proportion of flexible charging and discharging EVs with energy storage characteristics is larger.
