摘要

Abstract

In order to clarify the differences in quality and yield between introduced and Korla local pear varieties and to screen suitable varieties,this study used 14 introduced varieties and 4 local Korla varieties as materials,with Korla fragrant pears as the control.The fruit quality and yield indicators at maturity stage were measured,and comprehensive quality evaluation was conducted using the membership function method combined with principal component analysis.The results showed that the single fruit weight of Wanxiu was significantly higher than that of Korla fragrant pears(P<0.05);the soluble sugar content and solid-acid ratio of Danxiahong were 61.3%and 58.8%higher than those of Korla fragrant pears(P<0.05),respectively;the total single-plant fruit weight of Wanxiu was the highest,followed by Huangguan,which were 3.7 times and 3.0 times that of Korla fragrant pears(P<0.05),respectively;the total single-plant fruit weight of Danxiahong was 2.6 times that of Korla fragrant pears(P<0.05).Principal compo-nent analysis identified single fruit weight,solid-acid ratio,titratable acid,fruit shape index,fruit stem length,and fruit stem thickness as six principal components for evaluating pear fruit quality,with a cumu-lative contribution rate of 87.36%.Comprehensive quality evaluation revealed that the top three pear vari-eties were Wanxiu,Haobenhao and Danxiahong.Single fruit weight,solid-acid ratio,titratable acid,fruit shape index,fruit stem length,and fruit stem thickness can serve as key indicators for evaluating pear fruit quality in the Korla region.Wanxiu,Haobenhao and Danxiahong are well-suited to the climatic conditions of Korla and are superior pear varieties that should be prioritized for local promotion.
