面板倾角与纤维对混凝土早期开裂性能的影响
Influence of Slab Inclination and Fiber on Early-Age Cracking Behavior of Concrete

Abstract
This paper experimentally investigates the effects of panel inclination,basalt fiber content,and curing methods on the early-age cracking performance of face slab concrete.Using the restrained plate test with knife-edges,the cracking characteristics of concrete under three panel inclination angles(0°,30°,and 45°)were compared and analyzed.Meanwhile,the influences of polyethylene(PE)membrane curing and the incorporation of basalt fibers under a 45° panel inclination on the cracking behavior were also exam-ined.The results indicated that as the panel inclination increased,the support provided by the lower part of the restraint enhanced,leading to a gradual reduction in the effectiveness of the restrained ring-induced cracking and a decrease in the total cracking area.Specifically,the total cracking area of specimens with a 45° inclination decreased by 71.7%compared to those with a 30° inclination.Furthermore,the addition of 0.2%basalt fibers effectively improved the early-age compressive strength and microstructure of the con-crete,reducing the total cracking area by 19.0%compared to the reference concrete and delaying the initial cracking time by 280 min.PE membrane curing delayed the initial cracking time of the panels by 20 min and reduced the total cracking area by 2.1%compared to the reference concrete.In conclusion,employing a higher slab inclination,an appropriate dosage of basalt fibers,and combined membrane curing can effec-tively enhance the early-age crack resistance of concrete specimens in the restrained plate test.关键词
