牛粪配施生物炭对盐渍化棉田棉花生长及产量的影响
The Impact of Cow Manure Combined with Biochar on Cotton Growth and Yield in Salinized Cotton Fields

Abstract
In order to explore the effects of different ratios of cow dung and biochar on the growth and yield of cotton in salinized cotton fields and the optimal ratio for application,continuous field experiments were conducted in salinized cotton fields in Wensu County from 2023 to 2024.Six treatments were set up with four replications:control without any cow dung and biochar,applying 10 t/hm2 cow dung alone,apply-ing 10 t/hm2 biochar alone,applying 7 t/hm2 biochar and 3 t/hm2 cow dung;applying 5 t/hm2 biochar and 5 t/hm2 cow dung and applying 3 t/hm2 biochar and 7 t/hm2 cow dung.Based on a two-year controlled ex-periment,through the measurement of agronomic traits and yield of cotton,the following conclusions were drawn:in low-yield cotton fields under saline stress,the application of cow manure combined with biochar significantly improves the growth and yield of cotton in saline soil.Among them,the treatment of 3 t/hm2 biochar and 7 t/hm2 cow manure,as well as the treatment of 5 t/hm2 biochar and 5 t/hm2 cow manure can optimize the allocation of dry matter to reproductive organs(with the proportion of cotton bolls increasing by 13.39%),resulting in an increase in seed cotton yield of 87.38%-88.99%.Furthermore,when the proportion of biochar exceeds 30%,the development of root systems and expansion of leaf area synergisti-cally enhance each other.It is recommended to prioritize the application of the 3 t/hm2 biochar and 7 t/hm2 cow manure treatment and the 5 t/hm2 biochar and 5 t/hm2 cow manure model to achieve stable production and quality improvement in saline cotton fields in this region.关键词
