Optimization of Transportation Production Organization in Nanningnan Marshalling Station
摘要
Abstract
Nanningnan Railway Station is a major transportation node along the western land-sea new corridor.In recent years,with the continuous increase in freight volume of China Railway Nanning Group Co.,Ltd.,insufficient transportation capacity at Nanningnan Railway Station has become increasingly prominent.During the peak period of freight volume increase,its handling,decoding capacity,and receiving and dispatching capacity have all been saturated.It is extremely urgent to tap the potential and improve the efficiency of transportation organizations.Based on the current situation of the transportation organization at Nanningnan Railway Station,this paper analyzed the main factors restricting the improvement of the station's transportation capacity.It was suggested that measures such as enhancing the overall traffic flow diversion capacity,optimizing the dispatching and production organization,improving the incentive and assessment mechanism,deepening the joint labor cooperation within the station area,and implementing capacity expansion and renovation be innovatively optimized to achieve a continuous improvement in the transportation organization efficiency of Nanningnan Hub.关键词
