Abstract
The"Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)"has enhanced regional connectivity,promoted cross-border trade,and facilitated the integration of participating countries into the global value chain.With the rapid expansion of China's railway opening up,the China Railway Express and the China-Laos International Freight Train,as key components of the BRI,have become vital trade corridors linking China with Europe,Southeast Asia,and other countries along the routes.To further improve the operational service capabilities of international railway freight trains,reduce dwell time at border ports,and enhance the quality of outbound train operations,this study explored how China's authorized economic operator(AEO)advanced certification customs clearance facilitation policy can be leveraged,using China Railway Container Transport Corp.,Ltd(CRCT)as an example,to strengthen end-to-end service efficiency in international railway intermodal transport,boost customs clearance productivity,and lower overall logistics costs for customers.The findings aim to provide insights into the high-quality development of international railway intermodal transport.关键词
