中欧班列运营因素分析及优化策略研究
Analysis of Operating Factors of China Railway Express and Research on Optimization Strategies

Abstract
In recent years,the operating trains of China Railway Express(CR Express)have experienced rapid growth,effectively underpinning global supply chain stability.This research sorted out CR Express's development over the past decade from dimensions of the number of operating trains,quality and efficiency,and cargo diversity.It conducted an in-depth analysis of external factors,including geopolitical issues along CR Express and maritime shipping market competition,as well as internal factors such as railway route,border clearance capacity,and procedure standardization.Based on the above analysis,measures and strategies,encompassing hub node construction,business environment optimization,border clearance efficiency improvement,information construction development,hardware facility upgrades,and service model innovation,were proposed.These proposals provided effective support for further enhancing CR Express's international competitiveness and operational effectiveness.关键词
