Abstract
In the era of artificial intelligence,the development of AI emotional products has expansed the ways of emo-tional communication in human society,breaking through the boundaries of emotional communication among people from the dimensions of spacetime,making it an important hot topic in the present.Humanized technology has made human-computer emotional interaction in daily life more frequent and closer.However,the constructed AI emotional companion-ship,with its emotional essence,is a non-natural emotion different from human emotion.Although it can satisfy users'emo-tional needs to a certain extent,it cannot fundamentally alleviate the emotional communication difficulties that individuals face in modern society.At the same time,AI emotional companionship may also give rise to risks such as the erosion of subjectivity,emotional misalignment in humans,reduced social stickiness,and human instrumentalization.Addressing ethical risks in AI emotional companionship requires a human-centered approach to steer technology toward benevolent outcomes.Specifically,adhere to a people-centered philosophy in principle to affirm human agency;implement machine interaction reminders in application to maintain appropriate boundaries for human-machine emotional engagement;balance instrumental rationality with value rationality in cognition while cultivating public ethical awareness;establish regulatory mechanisms to curb unregulated capital expansion and integrate ethical frameworks into technological development.关键词
