摘要

Abstract

Dual three-phase flux concentrated permanent magnet synchronous motor(DTFC-PMSM)with modular phase-group concentrated-coil winding can significantly improve the magnetic field utilization rate,exhibiting high torque density,low torque ripple,and compact structure,etc.,which has a great potential for application in high-quality servo machine systems.However,the flux-concentrated and modular phase-group structures make the generation mechanism of torque and other key performance complex and difficult to analyze,and there is a lack of in-depth study on the operation mechanism of this type of machine.The magnetic field modulation principle is used to analyze the torque performance of the DTFC-PMSM employing a modular phase-group concentrated winding structure in depth.First,the structure,design idea,and working principle of the machine are introduced.By means of"magnetic field modulation",the cogging torque of the machine is analyzed,and the optimal dislocation angle between the inner and outer stator is determined accordingly.The no-load and armature air-gap magnetic density,no-load back electromotive force,and output torque are quantitatively analyzed.The main working harmonics of the air-gap magnetic field are deduced,and the contribution of the main working harmonics to the torque is analyzed.Meanwhile,the finite element method is utilized to verify the analysis results.Finally,a prototype is manufactured,and the test platform is set up to measure the machine torque and other performance,and the accuracy of analytical calculation and finite element analysis is verified.
