Abstract

Inter-provincial medium-and long-term power transactions establish buyer-seller pairings and determine their corresponding transmission paths via market clearance calculations.Therefore,the decision space for the multi-period inter-provincial long-term power transaction clearance problem is composed of four dimensions:the number of periods,the number of buyers,the number of sellers,and the number of paths.The clearance model is of massive scale,and current solving methods have struggled to adapt to the high-frequency and large-scale development trends of inter-provincial long-term power transactions.In response,an accelerated method guided by an accompanying model is proposed.First,the main factors influencing the model's solving efficiency are quantitatively analyzed.Based on this analysis,typical trading periods are extracted through clustering,identifying typical trading patterns.Subsequently,this allows the exclusion of purchasing and selling pairs with a high probability of not being executed,and thus narrows down the optimization range of trading paths.This process constructs an accompanying model with a significantly reduced decision space but consistent with the original problem's constraint form.It quickly obtains high-quality feasible solutions for the original problem.Then,the accompanying model's solving information is utilized to guide the original model's hot start acceleration process,significantly improving the clearance solving efficiency without compromising optimality.Finally,based on actual data from multiple power grids in China,case simulations demonstrate that the proposed method achieves lossless efficiency improvements in inter-provincial long-term power transaction clearance solving by 3.0~5.1 times,with an average acceleration ratio of 3.9,achieving a noticeable acceleration effect.
