Preliminary and Rapid Risk Assessment of Overseas Mining Projects:Multidimensional Analysis Based on Optimized Scoring Logic
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous growth of global resource demand,overseas mining projects play a crucial role in resource acquisition.However,they face complex and changeable multidimensional risks such as political,development,geological,and natural conditions.Based on the optimized scoring logic,this paper conducts a preliminary risk assessment of overseas mining projects through data analysis before field investigations and verification.By analyzing the problems of the traditional risk assessment scoring logic,a more scientific and reasonable multidimensional risk assessment system is constructed.An empirical analysis is carried out by taking an overseas mining project as an example.The research results show that the optimized scoring logic can identify and quantify project risks more accurately.Conducting a preliminary risk assessment in the initial stage of the project saves time and costs,provides strong support for project decision-making and risk response,and helps improve the success rate and sustainable development ability of overseas mining projects.关键词
