新疆奇台县黄羊山石墨矿工艺矿物学研究
Study on Process Mineralogy of Huangyangshan Graphite Ore in Qitai County,Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
In order to find out the occurrence state of graphite in ore and provide theoretical guidance for recovering graphite in mineral processing,the process mineralogy of Huangyangshan graphite ore was studied by chemical analysis and microscopic identification,and the effects of mineralogy characteristics on graphite dissociation,flake destruction and graphite beneficiation were analyzed.The results show that the fixed carbon content in the graphite sample is 8.10%,and the particle size of the graphite mineral is 0.002-0.45mm,mainly medium and fine particles.In order to ensure the dissociation of fine graphite and protect the graphite flake,it is recommended to adopt the beneficiation process of stage grinding stage flotation.关键词
