滋水清肝饮治疗中老年女性干眼的疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Zishui Qinggan Decoction on Dry Eye in Perimenopausal Women

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Zishui Qinggan Decoction on perimenopausal women with dry eye.METHODS A total of 130 patients(130 eyes)with dry eye of liver-kidney Yin deficiency pattern who attended the Ophthalmology TCM Clinic of Beijing Tongren Hospital from November 2022 to June 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 65 cases(65 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with 0.1%sodium hyaluronate eye drops and carbomer eye gel.The treatment group received oral Zishui Qinggan Decoction in addition to the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated for 30 days.Tear meniscus height(TMH),tear film break-up time(BUT),Schirmer I test(S Ⅰ T),average interferometric continuity unit(ICUavg)and Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)scores were measured before and after treatment.RESULTS(1)TMH:TMH in the treatment group increased significantly after treatment compared to baseline(t=2.981,P=0.003).In contrast,the control group showed no statistically significant change in TMH before versus after treatment(P>0.05).Furthermore,post-treatment TMH in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=4.068,P<0.05).Post-treatment TMH was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=4.068,P=0.000).(2)BUT:BUT was significantly prolonged after treatment in both groups compared with before treatment(tTG=8.037,tCG=3.787,both P=0.000).Post-treatment BUT was longer in the treatment group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=3.187,P=0.002).(3)S Ⅰ T:S Ⅰ T increased significantly after treatment in both groups compared with before treatment(tTG=6.301,P=0.000;tCG=3.435,P=0.003).Post-treatment SⅠT was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=5.142,P=0.000).(4)ICU-avg:No statistically significant differences were observed in ICU-avg within either group before versus after treatment(P>0.05).Similarly,no significant intergroup difference in ICU-avg was detected after treatment(P>0.05).(5)OSDI scores:OSDI scores in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(t=5.231,P=0.000),while no significant change was observed in the control group(P>0.05).Post-treatment OSDI scores were more in the treatment group than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=5.058,P=0.000).(6)Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate in the treatment group(87.7%)was higher than that in the control group(73.8%),with a statistically significant difference(χ2=4.001,P=0.045).CONCLUSIONS Zishui Qinggan Decoction can improve local and systemic symptoms and enhance ocular surface comfort in perimenopausal women with dry eye of liver-kidney Yin deficiency pattern,and is an effective therapeutic option.关键词
