针刺治疗慢性非特异性腰痛肾俞穴局部微循环变化的临床研究
Clinical Study on Changes in Local Microcirculation at BL23 Induced by Acupuncture in Treatment of CNSLBP

Abstract
Objective:To observe the changes in local microcirculation of Shenshu(BL23)acupoint induced by acupuncture in treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain(CNSLBP).Methods:60 patients with CNSLBP were randomly divided into the electro-acupuncture(EA)group and the sham EA group,with 30 patients in each group.The degree of low back pain was assessed by the NRS score before and after the treatment.In the EA group,temperature and blood perfusion volume at BL23 were observed before needling,immediately after needling,30 min after EA,and after needle removal.In the sham EA group,temperature and blood perfusion at BL23 were observed before needling and after needle removal.Results:There was a statistical difference in the score of NRS between the EA group and the sham EA group after the treatment(P＜0.05);the total clinical effective rate was 96.55％(28/29)in the EA group,which was significantly higher than 56.67％(17/29)in the sham EA group(P＜0.05);there was no statistical difference in temperature between the EA group and the sham EA group after needle removal(P＞0.05);the EA group showed significant differences in temperature between 30 min after EA and before needling(P＜0.05),and between after needle removal and before needling(P＜0.05).There was a statistical difference in blood perfusion volume between the two groups after needle removal(P＜0.05);the EA group showed significant differences in blood perfusion volume between immediately after needling and before needling(P＜0.05),between 30 min after needling and before needling(P＜0.05),as well as between after needle removal and before needling(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture can significantly relieve the symptoms of CNSLBP,and needling BL23 can change the temperature and blood perfusion volume around the point,which indicates that the changes in temperature and blood perfusion volume may be related to the effect of acupuncture.关键词
