金明基于经筋辨治风牵偏视的临床经验
JIN Ming's Clinical Experience in Treating Wind-induced Strabismus Based on the Theory of Meridians and Collaterals
摘要
Abstract
Wind-induced strabismus is an eye disease characterized by sudden deviation of the eyeball,restricted movement,and double vision.It is equivalent to paralytic strabismus in Western Medicine and severely affects the patient's appearance and quality of life.JIN Ming believes that meridians and collaterals play an important role in maintaining the normal physiological function of the eye muscles,and the treatment of eye muscle diseases should start from the meridians and collaterals.This paper clarifies the theoretical connotation of JIN Ming's treatment of eye muscle diseases based on the"Theory of Meridians and Collaterals"and proposes that the basic pathogenesis of wind-induced strabismus is deficiency of vital energy,insufficiency of Yin and blood,and obstruction of the meridians and collaterals by wind evil,leading to relaxation of the eye muscles.The treatment is based on the principles of strengthening spleen and unblocking collaterals,nourishing liver and softening tendons,and replenishing kidney and moistening tendons.Medication is administered according to syndrome differentiation,combined with acupuncture treatment,and has achieved good clinical efficacy.关键词
