情感区经颅重复针刺治疗心脾两虚型顽固性失眠的临床研究
Clinical Study on rTAS Targeting Emotional Center in Treating Refractory Insomnia of Heart and Spleen Deficiency

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical feasibility of combining repetitive transcranial electro-needling the emotional center with conventional acupuncture in treatment of refractory insomnia.Methods:68 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Both groups were treated with conventional acupuncture;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation(rTAS)targeting emotional center.Treatments were administered every other day for a total of 15 sessions over 4 weeks.The scores of PSQI,TCM symptoms and SAS were assessed before the treatment,after the treatment and during the follow-up to evaluate sleep quality.Treatment efficacy and therapy safety were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistical differences in the PSQI scores,TCM symptom scores,or SAS scores between the two groups before the treatment(P＞0.05);the scores were decreased significantly after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);the observation group showed significant improvements in palpitation,forgetfulness,and SAS score when compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 93.75％(30/32)in the control group and 100％(32/32)in the observation group,and there were no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the cure rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Both groups demonstrated a high level of safety during the treatment,in which there was no difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of rTAS targeting emotional center and conventional acupuncture effectively improves sleep quality and increases the cure rate in patients with refractory insomnia.The therapy outperforms conventional acupuncture in alleviating palpitations,forgetfulness,and anxiety,with a high level of safety.关键词
