烧山火针法治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对血清IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-6水平的影响
Efficacy of Burning Mountain Fire Needling in Treatment of Bronchial Asthma and Its Influence to Serum Levels of IL-4,IFN-γ and IL-6

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Burning Mountain Fire Needling in treatment of bronchial asthma and its influence to the serum levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and Interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods:60 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the observation group(n=28)and the control group(n=32).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,whereas the observation group was treated with Burning Mountain Fire Needling.The therapeutic effect,Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(AQLQ)score and Asthma Control Test(ACT)score,lung function,TCM symptoms scores,and serum levels of IL-4,IFN-γ and IL-6 were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 92.86％(26/28)in the observation group,which higher than 75.00％(24/32)in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of AQLQ and ACT were improved after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).The values of forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),and peak expiratory flow(PEF)were all increased after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),and the increases were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).The TCM primary symptom score,the secondary symptom score and the total score of TCM symptoms were all decreased after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),and the decreases were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).The serum levels of IL-4,IFN-γ and IL-6 were significantly reduced after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),and the reductions were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Burning Mountain Fire Needling has a good curative effect in treatment of bronchial asthma,which can relieve the inflammatory reactions of the body.关键词
