基于知识图谱技术针灸治疗失眠的研究热点与趋势分析
Research Hotspots and Trends of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Insomnia Based on Knowledge Mapping Technology

Abstract
Objective:To explore the current research status,hotspots and trends of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of insomnia at home and abroad based on knowledge mapping technology,and to provide reference for its future researches.Methods:Chinese and English literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of insomnia were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,and Web of Science staring from the establishment of the database to July 7,2024.Excel 2019,CiteSpace 6.2.R4,and Vosviewer 1.6.18 software were used for visualization and analysis of keywords,acupoints,and treatment methods.Results:A total of 3,359 pieces of Chinese literature and 258 pieces of English literature were included,with an overall upward trend in the number of annual publications.Keyword analysis showed that primary insomnia and secondary insomnia became the research hotspots at home and abroad.In terms of treatment methods,domestic and foreign acupuncture treatments are diverse,with different characteristic acupuncture methods emerging and the development trend of combining acupuncture and medication.The keywords with high-frequency acupoints included Shenmen(HT7),Baihui(DU20),and Sanyinjiao(SP6).Both domestic and international studies had primarily focused on clinical efficacy evaluation,with emerging interest in the mechanisms of action involving brain function and neurotransmitters.However,in-depth mechanistic research remained lacking.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion offered a variety of treatment approaches for insomnia,and numerous clinical studies have evaluated its efficacy.Future research is likely to focus on high-quality clinical efficacy evaluations involving different acupuncture and moxibustion techniques,acupoint selections,and integrative approaches combining acupuncture with medication.In-depth investigations into the mechanisms of action,particularly related to brain function and neurotransmitter regulation,are also expected to become a major focus.关键词
