Abstract
This article presents a comprehensive review of the applications of transoral robotic surgery(TORS)in the treatment of head and neck tumors,covering fundamental theories,epidemiology,clinical applications,technological advancements,controversies and challenges,as well as future prospects.It elaborates on the pathological mechanisms and classification of head and neck tumors,and the evolutionary history of robotic surgical techniques.The article analyzes the clinical efficacy and technological innovations of TORS across different types of head and neck tumors,and discusses the prospects for interdisciplinary collaboration and technological integration.The aim is to provide a comprehensive reference for clinical practice and research in this field.关键词
