Research progress of artificial intelligence in the treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Gastric cancer is one of the most prevalent malignancies in China,with its incidence and mortality rates remaining persistently high.In recent years,the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology has provided novel technical tools for the precise treatment and prognostic assessment of gastric cancer.This article systematically reviews the research progress of AI in the fields of surgical treatment,neoadjuvant/adjuvant chemotherapy,immunotherapy,targeted therapy,and drug development for gastric cancer.Additionally,it explores the significant value of AI in prognostic assessments,including the prediction of patient survival,postoperative recurrence risk,and complications.Despite challenges such as insufficient data quality,poor model interpretability,and concerns regarding data privacy and ethical concerns,AI holds great promise for playing an increasingly important role in the precision medicine and individualized management of gastric cancer.关键词
