无充气锁骨下入路腔镜甲状腺术与传统开放性手术的疗效比较
The impact of non inflation complete endoscopic thyroidectomy and traditional open surgery under the clavicle on the clinical efficacy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of non inflation complete endoscopic thyroidectomy and traditional open surgery through subclavian approach.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy and traditional open surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.They were divided into a study group and a control group based on the surgical method.The control group received traditional surgery,while the study group received complete endoscopic thyroidectomy without inflation under the clavicle.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy,pain score(VAS score),complications,hospitalization surgery status,postoperative pain and itching and postoperative satisfaction with incision beauty between the two groups of patients.Results The postoperative VAS score of the study group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P＜0.05).The control group had a longer surgical time,significantly higher postoperative drainage volume and hospitalization expenses than the control group(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding volume and number of lymph node dissection in the central region between the two groups(P＞0.05),the postoperative cosmetic satisfaction of the study group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional open surgery,non inflation complete endoscopic thyroidectomy through the clavicle can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve their quality of life.It has certain clinical application value.关键词
