The construction of an open sharing system for health statistics data based on multi-subject collaboration

Abstract
The open sharing of health statistics data is an important measure for the efficient development of health statistics work,which plays a significant role in promoting the national health undertakings.This paper analyzes the distribution status of health statistics data and the existing problems of open sharing such as the dispersed health statistics data,the imperfect coordination system of multiple subjects,and the lack of a unified open sharing platform for health statistics data.In view of this,this study constructs a"Three bodies and Two wings"open sharing system for health statistics data,from the perspective of multi-subject collaboration.The objects,subjects,and carriers are served as the"Three bodies,"and the standard specifications and collaboration model as the"Two wings."Furthermore,suggestions are put forward in terms of strengthening top-level design,establishing a multi-subject coordination organization,unifying standard specifications,improving the collaboration mode,and promoting the platform construction,in order to provide a reference for the healthy development of the open sharing of health statistics data in China.关键词
