我国数字健康产业竞争力初探:基于上市企业数据的时空分析
The competitiveness of China's digital health industry:a Spatio-temporal analysis based on data of listed companies

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation of the competitiveness of China's digital health industry,and to offer advices for the sustainable development of this industry.Method Based on the existing measurement index system for enterprise competitiveness,the annual reports of listed digital health-related enterprises from 2019 to 2023 were collected to evaluate the current status of China's digital health industry from perspectives of time,space and industrial chain.Results As of March 2025,it was found that there were 6 378 digital health companies in China,of which 47 were listed companies,and 45.10%of the enterprises were distributed in Beijing,Guangdong,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang.From 2019 to 2023,China's digital health enterprises experienced remarkable fluctuations in their expansion,financing,and innovation capabilities,all of which were lower in 2023(11.91%,1.86%,and 12.41%)than in 2019(28.44%,9.54%,and 23.66%).Regional differences in the capabilities of enterprises in expansion,profitability,financing,and innovation were apparent,and some capabilities showed coexistence of narrowing gaps and overall decline.The capability of the whole industry chain declined after 2021,and the performance of capabilities of each link and sub-item were differentiated and mostly showed a declining trend.Conclusions The industrial competitiveness of China's digital health listed enterprises shows a trend of"first rising and then falling",and the eastern region shows stronger competitiveness.The upstream enterprises in the industrial chain have obvious advantages in the early development but have declined sharply in recent years,and the midstream ones fluctuated violently.For the downstream enterprise,they are relatively stable but their growth loses steam.It is suggested to promote the sustainable development of China's digital health industry by strengthening policy guidance,clarifying market positioning and differentiated competition,enhancing industry-university cooperation,and reinforcing the coordination and integration of the industrial chain.关键词
