生命周期视角下我国职业技术师范院校成长路径与优化策略
The Growth Paths and Optimization Strategies of Vocational and Technical Normal Colleges in China from the Perspective of Life Cycle
摘要
Abstract
Vocational and technical normal colleges play a vital role in the education system of China,which is the main position of training vocational teachers.Vocational and technical normal colleges are in four stages of life cycle,and their survival consciousness,survival abilities,survival wisdom and survival attitude show remarkable characteristics and concrete performance of each stage.According to the characteristics of vocational and technical normal colleges in China in the growth stage,from three aspects of running quality,teaching system and running level,the strategic optimization paths for vocational and technical normal colleges in China include:promote the deep integration of production,teaching and research,explore the high-level"double-qualified"teacher training mode,and enhance their social service ability.关键词
