The Logic,Connotation and Paths of Integrating the Spirit of Educators into Vocational Teacher Education

Abstract
Promoting and inheriting the spirit of educators is a fundamental requirement for advancing the construction of a powerful education country.Integrating the spirit of educators into the training of vocational education teachers is conducive to building a team of vocational education teachers with moral character,self-confidence,and excellent skills.This paper analyzes the logic of integrating the spirit of educators into vocational teacher education from the perspectives of policy discourse logic,socio-cultural logic,and historical development logic.It further elaborates on the core tenets of this spirit,which include:dedication to the collective and passion for vocational education,embodying a commitment to serving the nation;setting exemplary standards in conduct and fostering virtue through education,coupled with a profound sense of compassion;professional devotion,fostering collaboration,and teaching students according to their aptitudes,all while integrating theory with practice;a global vision,empowering both self and others,with a focus on contributing to society.Finally,this study proposes pathways to integrate the spirit of educators into vocational teacher education:integrating the spirit of educators into the talent cultivation goals of vocational teacher education,leading the construction of professional ethics and style for pre-service teachers in vocational education,empowering curriculum reform of vocational teacher education,and guiding career choices and employment of pre-service teachers in vocational education.关键词
