The Logical Dimensions,Real-world Dilemma and Practical Pathways for Cultivating Green-skilled Talents from the Perspective of New-quality Productive Force

Abstract
From the perspective of new-quality productive force,environmental responsibility is as crucial as technological advancement and efficiency improvement.In response to the developmental demands of new quality productive force,the cultivation of green-skilled talents must follow a threefold logical dimension encompassing theory,values and practice.It is essential to confront real-world dilemmas such as the policy implementation fallacy,the excessive tension between theory and practice,and the mismatch between talents cultivation and green development needs.To address these challenges,multi-dimensional reforms and innovations are required:optimizing modern vocational education system to steer productivity toward greener directions;integrating digital tools to harness synergistic advantages where"1+1>2";and establishing green innovation alliances to build an"ecological chain"of industry-education integration.These efforts aim to reserve talents for the construction of ecological civilization and the sustainable development of green industries.关键词
