摘要

Abstract

The diversion of general and vocational education is an important way to adapt to the economic and social development and the demand of talent training standards in China.In the context of building a powerful education country,the distribution of general and vocational education has gradually transformed to the integration of vocational and general education.From the diversion of general and vocational education to the integration of vocational and general education,the policy motivation mainly includes four aspects:the strategic requirements of educational power,the deepening of the connotation of the right to education,the transformation and upgrading of social development,and the choice of educational policy practice.In the policy transformation,there are still policy difficulties such as whether the integration of vocational and general education should be diverted,when it can be diverted,and in what way.In the future,we should stimulate the"endogenous force"of vocational education to reverse the cognition of vocational and general education,expand the"upper and lower limits"of vocational education to promote the equivalence of vocational and general education,build a vocational and general"overpass"to create vocational and general integration conditions,and promote the realization of the goal of vocational and general integration.
