摘要

Abstract

As a common power electronic converter,inverters are widely used in various working scenarios of the power system.Among them,the split source inverter(SSI)uses less passive components,thus realizing the inverter function of improving the modulation factor and boost duty cycle at the same time,but the voltage gain of this type of inverter is not high in the working process.To effectively enhance the voltage gain,based on the anti-Γsource impedance network,a new family of split anti-Γ source inverters(SAΓSI)is proposed.Moreover,combined with the split source structure,the SAΓSi-1 type inverter is proposed.Meanwhile,in order to eliminate the voltage oscillation caused by leakage inductance,appropriate improvements are made to the SAΓSI-1 type inverter,and a voltage clamping unit is added.The SAΓSI-2 and SAΓSI-3 type inverters are proposed,thereby effectively improving the reliability of this type of inverter.The feasibility of this split anti-Γsource inverter is comprehensively demonstrated and verified through theoretical analysis,circuit simulation and specific experiments.
