槲蕨不同生长发育阶段根际土微生物群落结构特征
Structural characteristics of soil microbial community in rhizospheres of Drynaria fortune(Kunze)J.Sm.during different growth and development stages

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the dynamic changes of microbial community struc-ture of rhizospheric soil at different growth and development stages of Drynaria fortune and the correlation be-tween microbial community and soil physicochemical factors.[Method]High-throughput sequencing was em-ployed to analyze bacterial 16S rRNA and fungal ITS genes in the rhizosphere soil DNA of D.fortune growing on trees.The microbial community structure characteristics were assessed,and correlations with soil fertility were examined.[Result]Compared with the spore leaf-inverted seedling stage and spore leaf germination stage,more total nitrogen,total phosphorus and calcium were accumulated in the rhizospheric soil at the spore maturity stage.There was no significant difference in the diversity of rhizospheric soil at different growth and development stages,and the dominant bacterial phyla in the three stages were Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,and Actinobacteria.The abundance of bacterial communities in the rhizospheric soil of the sporophyll inverted seedling stage and the spo-rophyll new leaf germination stage were significantly higher than those in the sporophyll maturation stage.There was no significant difference in fungal diversity in rhizospheric soil at different growth and development stages,and the dominant fungal phyla in the three stages were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota.The contents of Ca,total potassium and Mg in soil were correlated with the composition of bacterial community in rhizospheric soil of D.fortune,and the content of total phosphorus in soil was correlated with the composition of fungal community.[Conclusion]The nutrient composition,bacterial communities,and fungal communities in D.fortune rhizosphere soil vary across its developmental stages,providing insights for its artificial cultivation.关键词
