水体镉污染对水葫芦光合特性的影响
Effects of cadmium pollution on photosynthetic characteristics of Eichhornia crassipes

Abstract
[Objective]The study aimed to explore the effects of cadmium pollution on photosynthetic char-acteristics of Eichhornia crassipes.[Method]E.crassipes was treated with different concentrations of Cd2+for varying durations,and the biomass,chloroplast ultrastructure,photosynthetic physiological parameters(including chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics characteristics),and activities of key enzymes involved in photosynthesis were systematic measured.[Result]When E.crassipes was treated with cadmium of 1.5 mg·L-1 for 10 days,there was no significant difference on the growth and photosynthesis indexes of E.crassipes between the Cd2+treatment and the control;however,the plant height,plant weight and leaf number of E.crassipes were significantly decreased,chloroplast was slightly damaged,and PEP carboxylase activity was decreased under 2.5 mg·L-1 Cd2+treatment.When E.crassipes was treated with 1.5 mg·L-1 Cd2+for 30 days,the number of leaves of E.crassipes,plant height,plant weight and chlorophyll a content decreased slightly compared to the control.The damage on chloro-plast ultrastructure and the inhibition on PEP carboxylase activity were more serious with the increase of Cd2+concentration.The main parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence in the leaves of E.crassipes decreased in PIabs and slightly increased in ABS/RC,TRo/RC and DIo/RC as compared with the control group,while Fv/Fm,ETo/RC,φEo and ΨEo had no significant change.[Conclusion]E.crassipes has a certain tolerance to Cd2+pollu-tion,and plants adapt to the environment by constantly adjusting the photosynthetic structure and enzyme activity in the Cd2+polluted environment,but in the long time or high concentration of Cd2+polluted environment,the growth and photosynthesis of E.crassipes will be significantly inhibited.关键词
