生物炭对干旱胁迫下黑麦草和紫花苜蓿生长及养分吸收的影响
The effect of biochar on the growth and nutrient uptake of ryegrass and alfalfa under drought stress

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the growth and nutrient absorption response mecha-nism of ryegrass and alfalfa under drought stress after application of biochar.[Method]Through pot experiments,five experimental treatments were set up:drought stress(C0,relative mass water content of soil 45%),drought stress+1%biochar(C1),drought stress+3%biochar(C2),drought stress+5%biochar(C3),and a blank control without drought stress(CK,relative water content of soil 85%).[Result](1)C0 treatment significantly decreased the biomass,plant height,root length and chlorophyll contents of ryegrass and alfalfa,and decreased the C and N contents of ryegrass and the C,N and P contents of alfalfa.(2)The addition of biochar significantly enhanced the resistance of ryegrass and alfalfa to drought,and increased their biomass,plant height,root length,chlorophyll content and some nutrient content.Compared with C0 treatment,C3 treatment significantly increased the plant height and root length of ryegrass,which increased by 28.96%and 47.11%,respectively.For alfalfa,C1 treatment increased the aboveground and underground biomass by 53.80%and 68.24%,respectively,while the aboveground C content increased by 4.05%.(3)Under drought conditions,the growth index and nutrient content of ryegrass increased with the increase of biochar application,while the growth index and nutrient content of alfalfa were in-creased at low application rate and inhibited at a high application rate.[Conclusion]The comprehensive results showed that proper application of biochar could effectively alleviate the adverse effects of drought on ryegrass and alfalfa,in which 5%of biochar was the best for ryegrass,and 3%of biochar was the best for alfalfa.关键词
