摘要

Abstract

Mining activities have led to soil contamination with heavy metals,which is one of the serious environmental problems today.Since heavy metal elements tend to accumulate and lie dormant in the soil,their remediation is very challenging.Microbial remediation technology,with its characteristics of efficient,safety,low cost,and ease of operation,has attracted much attention.Therefore,clarifying the mechanism of microbial remediation of heavy metals is crucial for the remediation of mine soils.Based on literature analysis,this paper focuses on the ad-sorption,enrichment,and transformation of heavy metals by microorganisms,reveals the mechanism of microbial remediation of heavy metals.On the basis of existing research results,several joint remediation technologies centered on microorganisms are summarized,and the problems of remediation technology in practical applications are proposed.In addition,relevant suggestions are put forward for the key points,direc-tions,and technical defects of microbial remediation of heavy metals,which have certain practical significance for the future microbial remedi-ation of mine soil contaminated with heavy metals.
