Abstract

In the risk prevention and control system of petrochemical enterprises,incorporating emergency capacity assessment into regular management is of great significance.By conducting capacity assessments in the e-mergency preparedness stage,response stage,handling stage,and recovery stage,enterprises can specifically en-hance their weak links and improve the comprehensive response level to sudden accidents.In recent years,re-searchers have proposed to conduct emergency capacity assessment by means of indicator systems,scenario con-struction,artificial intelligence and other methods,howerer,no unified and universally applicable standard has bee established.Some governments,enterprises and others have issued emergency capacity assessment standards.Firstly,the research trends of emergency capacity assessment at home and abroad were summarized and sorted out.The relevant literature and standard systems in the field of emergency capacity assessment of petrochemical enterprises at home and abroad in recent years were analyzed.Subsequently,the advantages and disadvantages of some emergency capacity assessment methods were proposed,and the great potential shown by artificial intelli-gence technology in the research of emergency capacity assessment of petrochemical enterprises was emphasized.Finally,the future development trends and key issues that need to be urgently addressed in the emergency capaci-ty assessment of petrochemical enterprises were prospected.Emerging technologies such as generative large models were accelerating the evolution of emergency capacity assessment towards intelligence.However,issues such as the collection,organization,annotation of multi-source heterogeneous data,the formation of standardized and nor-malized training sets,and the deep adaptation of professional knowledge and models still required the joint efforts of the entire industry to solve.We should give full play to the advantages of emerging technologies and promote the continuous improvement of the emergency response capability assessment level of petrochemical enterprises.
