Abstract

In response to the insufficient dynamic risk early warning capability of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)receiving stations,a risk monitoring and early warning platform architecture based on multi-source data fusion was proposed.By integrating the risk control measures and actions(Bow-tie)model with information technology,a technical architecture including the data source layer,the fusion computing engine and the visual-ization layer was constructed.The research methods included systematically sorting out multi-dimensional risk indicators such as personnel behavior and equipment status,designing a multi-source data fusion engine to a-chieve data integration of systems such as the Distributed Control System(DCS)and the Safety Instrumented Sys-tem(SIS)and the validity of the platform verified by taking the high-pressure pump unit as a case.The results showed that this platform can achieve real-time fusion analysis of risk elements,dynamically calculate risk values and generate disposal suggestions.This architecture provided an engineerable dynamic early warning solution for LNG receiving stations,significantly enhancing the timeliness and accuracy of traditional static assessment.
