Abstract
The research on the cold energy utilization of LNG receiving stations is of vital importance for a-chieving energy conservation,carbon reduction and improving economic benefits in the field of natural gas.The advantages and disadvantages of the LNG cold energy utilization process technology at different temperatures were analyzed,and the current situation and problems of cold energy utilization in LNG receiving stations at home and abroad were summarized.Taking a certain LNG receiving station as an example,the economic viabili-ty of projects such as cold energy power generation,ice-making,and low-temperature aquaculture was evaluated from multiple dimensions.The medium and long-term technical paths of cold energy,wind power hydrogen pro-duction,and liquid hydrogen preparation were analyzed.A comprehensive cold energy utilization plan was pro-posed,and the specific implementation paths and economic viability of the stepwise utilization of cold energy were further explored.It provided a theoretical basis and practical reference for the optimal design and operation of LNG receiving stations.The research results showed that the utilization of LNG cold energy should follow the principle of"one station,one policy,internal priority,external coordination,and phased implementation".Through coordinated development with surrounding industries,the application of deep cold utilization technology should be carried out,and at the same time,the application of shallow cold technology should be used as a sup-plement to achieve the goal of efficient energy utilization and low-carbon development.关键词
