Abstract
Objective To form a technical solution for noise and vibration control in the control room of pet-rochemical enterprises.Method Taking the control room of petrochemical enterprises as the research object,based on the detection,analysis and assessment of noise and vibration hazards,a treatment plan was proposed and on-site implementation and effect evaluation were carried out.Results The noise intensity between the con-trol rooms decreased from 63.2 dB before treatment to 48.4 dB.The reduction value of noise intensity in the medium and low frequency band of 125～500 Hz was 10.7～15.4 dB.The vertical peak acceleration of the con-trol room decreased from 379.57 mm/s2 before treatment to 44.05 mm/s2,which was lower than the limit require-ment of 200 mm/s2.The average vibration reduction and isolation effect was 86.86%.Conclusion The complete set of solutions centered on spring floating floors,oil damping shock absorbers and hollow sound absorbers was suitable for the control of noise and vibration hazards in the control rooms of petrochemical enterprises.关键词
