Beijing expert consensus on the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of nipple discharge(2025)
摘要
Abstract
Nipple discharge is a common symptom in breast clinics.Pathological discharge may be caused by intraductal papilloma,malignant tumors,and other conditions.As one of the early manifestations of breast cancer,early diagnosis and treatment are of great significance.Currently,there is a lack of a unified consensus on diagnosis and treatment integrating Chinese and western medicine.Based on clinical needs and evidence grading,the Breast Disease Group of the Surgical Committee of the Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine has formed this consensus after multiple rounds of expert discussions,providing recommendations on etiology diagnosis,auxiliary examinations,TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and surgical indications.关键词
