芙蓉液超声导入联合中医手法通乳治疗急性乳腺炎效果观察
Clinical observation on the effect of Furong Liquid ultrasound introduction combined with traditional Chinese medicine manual therapy for promoting lactationin the treatment of acute mastitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of ultrasound introduction of Furong Liquid combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM)manual therapy for promoting lactation in the treatment of acute mastitis.Methods From January to February 2025,a total of 60 patients diagnosed with acute mastitis at the Department of Breast Diseases of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine Affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number sequence,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received ultrasound introduction of Fu-rong Liquid combined with TCM manual therapy for promoting lactation,while the control group received only TCM manual therapy.The two groups were compared in terms of changes in breast mass size,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores for breast pain,milk flow patency scores before and after treatment,and adverse events after treatment.Results After treatment,the breast mass areas in both groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the mass areas in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mass shrinkage rate and mass dissipation rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores for breast pain in both groups significantly de-creased after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the VAS score after drug delivery was also significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,milk flow patency scores in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No local reactions such as skin erythema or pruritus were observed in either group,and no serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion Ultrasoundintroduction of Fu-rong Liquid combined with TCM manual therapy for promoting lactation can effectively reduce breast masses,relieve breast pain,and improve milk flow patency in patients with acute mastitis.关键词
