ORTCC管理联合八段锦在乳腺癌术后康复中的应用效果
Application of ORTCC management combined with Baduanjin intervention strategy in postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of theobjective-rules-training-check-culture(ORTCC)management model combined with Baduanjin in the postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 female breast cancer patients who received treatment at the Department of Breast Surgery,Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital,between January and June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation nursing care,while the observation group received additional rehabilitation intervention based on the ORTCC management model combined with Baduanjin exercise.The two groups were compared in terms of the Disabilities of the Arm,Shoulder and Hand(DASH)score,the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)score,the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scores,and shoulder joint range of motion(ROM),before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,both groups showed significantly lower DASH scores and significantly higher FACT-B scores compared with pre-intervention levels(P<0.01).Anxiety and depression scores were significantly reduced,and the shoulder joint flexion,extension,and abduction range of motion improved significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower DASH scores,higher FACT-B scores,lower anxiety and depression scores,and better shoulder joint flexion,extension,and abduction(P<0.01).Conclusion The intervention strategy of ORTCC management combined with Baduanjin can effectively promote functional recovery of the affected limb in breast cancer patients after surgery,improve shoulder joint mobility,alleviate anxiety and depression,and enhance quality of life.关键词
