PEI Xiaohua's experience in the treatment of breast hyperplasia with the method of reconciling the pivot
摘要
Abstract
The normal operation of the pivot is based on the dynamic balance of the rise,fall,entry,and transformation of yin and yang,following the rules of"pivot,closing,and opening".Dysfunction of the pivot is the pathogenic mechanism of breast hyperplasia.Professor PEI Xiaohua believes that the periodic changes of the breast correspond to the"pivot,closing,and opening"operation of the pivot and proposes the concept of guiding the trend and reconciling the pivot to treat breast hyperplasia.The secretory phase corresponds to the"pivot",treated by regulating qi,activating blood circulation,soothing the liver,and relieving depression.The menstrual phase corresponds to the"closing",focusing on tonifying the kidney and nourishing yin.The proliferative phase corresponds to the"opening",using methods to strengthen the spleen and replenish qi.关键词
