改良穴位贴敷对维持性血液透析患者疲乏症状的影响
Effect of modified acupoint application on fatigue symptoms in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of modified acupoint application on fatigue symptoms in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 86 MHD patients with fatigue symptoms who were treated at the Hemodialysis Center of Guang'anmen Hospital South Campus,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,from March to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and integrated Chinese and Western nursing care,while the observation group received additional modified acupoint application therapy on top of the same routine treatment.The intervention lasted for 12 weeks.The Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Fatigue(FACIT-Fatigue)Scale and the Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short Form Survey(MOS SF-36),including the Physical Component Summary(PCS)and Mental Component Summary(MCS)scores,were used to evaluate outcomes before and after the intervention.Adverse events during the study were also recorded.Results At weeks 12,16,and 24,the FACIT-Fatigue scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).At weeks 12,20,and 24,PCS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),while no statistically significant difference was found in MCS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).No serious adverse events such as drug-induced allergic reactions or burns occurred in either group.One case in the observation group experienced mild localized redness and itching at the end of the application,which resolved spontaneously within about 30 minutes after removal.Conclusion Modified acupoint application can significantly alleviate fatigue symptoms in MHD patients and improve their quality of life.关键词
