杨甲三"调神针法"治疗孤独症谱系障碍的临床疗效观察
Observation on the clinical effect of Yang Jiasan's Spirit-Regulating Acupuncture in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Spirit-Regulating Acupuncture in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 36 patients with ASD were included in this study and assessed using the Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC),and Social Responsiveness Scale(SRS)at baseline,4th,8th,and 12th weeks of treatment,with a 4-week follow-up.Clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment were evaluated.Results Main outcome indicators(CARS)statistically significant reductions were observed post-treatment compared to baseline(P<0.05).In terms of secondary outcome indicators including ABC and SRS scores also showed significant improvements(P<0.05).At the 4-week follow-up,all scale scores(CARS,ABC subitems,SRS)remained significantly different from baseline measurements(P<0.05).The scores of CARS scale,ABC scale and SRS scale were significantly different between 4 weeks of follow-up and 0 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Spirit-Regulating Acupuncture is effective in treating ASD and improving the social ability of ASD patients.With the accumulation of treatment time,the curative effect of acupuncture was gradually enhanced.The effect lasted up to 4 weeks after the end of treatment.关键词
